How to Order
[vc_column_text]You can order using our online form or send us an email on info@cakesandpetals.com.au. Once an enquire is made we will respond with a quotation. If the quote is accepted, we will require a non-refundable 50% deposit within 5 days to secure the booking with the balance payable one week prior to collection.[/vc_column_text]
Do you personalise orders?
[vc_column_text]All our cupcakes are hand-made and designed from scratch. We happily customise your order to suit your theme for any occasion. The prices may vary due to the detail of work required. To make the bouquet even more special, add your own message to the gift with the handwritten card and envelope included with every order.[/vc_column_text]
Do you offer delivery service?
[vc_column_text]Cakes and Petals is a home-based business located in South-Western Sydney. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery service at this point in time. Once the order is confirmed, we will provide details of the address and suggest a suitable time for pick-up.[/vc_column_text]
Transportation of bouquet?
[vc_column_text]The bouquet comes with a personalised Cakes and Petals gift bag which keeps the bouquet stable and secure during transportation without damaging the cupcakes. Cupcakes are very delicate and fragile, we recommend placing the bag on a flat surface, front passenger foot-well of the car while travelling. Cakes and Petals cannot be held responsible for any damage to the cupcakes, once they are picked up and in the care of the customer.[/vc_column_text]
How many weeks’ notice do you need to place the order?
[vc_column_text]Our preference would be to have at least 4 weeks’ notice for all orders. We suggest to lock in the dates early to avoid disappointment. If you are wanting to place a last minute order, please call to check our availability as we may just have a space free. We will do our best to accommodate your date and create something amazing for you![/vc_column_text]
How many cupcakes in a bouquet?

What flavours do you offer?
[vc_column_text]We know everyone loves their classic flavours and you cannot go wrong with the original taste of cupcakes. At Cakes and Petals we offer three delicious flavours; vanilla, chocolate and red velvet.[/vc_column_text]
How do we make payments?
[vc_column_text]Bouquet prices will be based on your exact design request and detailed in the quotation. Bank Transfer or PayPal payments will be accepted.[/vc_column_text]
What’s your cancellation policy?
[vc_column_text]Cakes and Petals understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date whenever possible. Please note the 50% deposit is non-refundable, however we can change your date within 7 days of the order date. If you have pre-paid in full and would like to cancel the order within 7 days’ notice, we are happy to provide a 50% refund. We are unable to issue a refund if the cancellation is not made at least 5 days prior to the pick-up date. Any cancellations or changes to the order must be made in writing.[/vc_column_text]
